We validate the exact suite and workload before recommending an instance; a full production deployment may need more resources.

Ordinary CPU use inside your reserved instance is included. Extra compute means a separately approved overflow worker—not charging twice for the same CPU.

Proposed rates: storage $0.25/GB-month; snapshots $0.15/GB-month; outbound transfer $0.25/GB; separate overflow compute $0.12/vCPU-hour. No paid overflow by default. Budgets and overages require written approval; these are planned terms, not a live metered service.

THE HOSTED PRIVACY GOAL

Our goal for the EC2 option is end-to-end encrypted content that even Elfege Systems cannot read, with service usage visible for operations and billing. This is a planned privacy model, not a verified capability of a generally available service.

Protected processing and customer-controlled keys must be validated across search, computation, backups and recovery before we offer that guarantee. Disk encryption or encrypted connections alone do not establish it. The required architecture can increase the quoted infrastructure cost.

Cloud-model integrations may send selected context to that provider. We must agree that boundary with you. If operator-inaccessible hosting is mandatory, say so in your request; deployment is gated on verifying it.

Discovery, a workload-based hardware specification, installation, configuration, training and operating documentation. We agree a sales contract and statement of work before ordering hardware or booking installation.

A scoped assessment starts from $750. Hardware, licences, travel and specialist requirements are itemised in your quote. No equipment is ordered without your approval and agreed payment arrangements.

Initial installation coverage is NYC and nearby locations, including neighbouring states, within an agreed drive of under two hours. We confirm eligibility, travel time and scheduling from your location before quoting.

Local storage and local models can keep inference in your environment. You own the hardware; you also need a plan for power, connectivity, backups, updates and eventual replacement.

Planning prices for one agreed environment. Human support is scheduled during business hours, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Eastern, excluding holidays. Response targets are agreed in the contract; resolution times are not guaranteed. Included hours reset monthly with no rollover. Extra engineering is $200/hour with prior approval. Hardware, third-party fees, major projects, travel and after-hours work are additional. Monitoring does not imply a staffed 24/7 response team.
